Every question comes from your pages
The questions on a concept are written from the passages behind it in your Sources. A question that cannot name the passage that answers it is dropped before you see it, so every correction ends with the Source and the page, and Open takes you there. For a lecture video, Play starts it at the part the answer came from.
Each answer is also recorded against the concept, and Today uses that record to decide when the concept comes back. A right answer after a gap counts for more than one straight after.
Question types and limits
Multiple choice is for telling similar ideas apart. Fill in the blank tests an exact term, number, formula or name, and you pick the missing words from a short list. True or false is for misconceptions and fine distinctions. Mixed uses whichever of the three your study material supports.

Questions
Will a new quiz ask the same questions?
It leaves out the questions you have been asked on that concept recently. If you have missed parts of the concept before, it goes back to them in a question or two and covers other parts with the rest.
What happens to the questions I get wrong?
Each one is kept in Mistakes with your answer, the right answer and the source line, grouped by the point it was testing. Revisit Mistakes quizzes you on just those points, and a point you then get right drops off the list.
Can I go back over a quiz when it ends?
Yes. The end screen shows your score and the points you missed, and under it, Your answers opens every question with what you chose, the right answer, the explanation and the source line.
Can I tell it how to test me?
Yes. Say it in the module's Instructions, for example “Quiz me like the real exam”, and each quiz is written with that instruction. The questions still come only from your Sources.
