By using SymbioLearn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

SymbioLearn is an AI voice tutoring platform that allows you to:

• Create personalized AI tutors for different subjects
• Have voice conversations with your AI tutors
• View transcripts of your learning sessions
• Listen to recordings of your sessions
• Generate flashcards from your sessions to study key concepts
• Create and take quizzes with multiple question types to test your understanding
• Track your learning progress

To use SymbioLearn, you must:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Create inappropriate or harmful content
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Use the service to generate spam

SymbioLearn uses a subscription-based model:

• Monthly plans include a set number of minutes for AI voice tutoring (120 minutes for Starter, 180 minutes for Pro)
• Minutes reset at the beginning of each billing period
• Sessions cannot be started when your monthly minute limit is reached
• Flashcards and quizzes are unlimited and included with all plans
• You can cancel your subscription anytime

You own your learning content and tutor configurations. We process and store this data to provide the service to you.

You may not copy or distribute our software or platform without permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

By using our service, you consent to the processing of your voice data for educational purposes.

We strive to keep SymbioLearn available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service for security reasons
• Update features to improve the platform

SymbioLearn is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will end
• We will delete your personal data
• No refunds will be provided for unused credits

We may update these Terms of Use. We will notify you of changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
